Silos and Co is a bulk grocery store selling mostly local and organic produce. "Sick of packaging", say Alice and Matthieu. Of course, local products such as fruit, vegetables and cheese are given pride of place, but you'll also find everything in this Ali Baba's cave: pulses, rice, dried fruit and cleaning, hygiene and cosmetic products. When you do the math, it's cheaper to buy in bulk, and what's more, it's organic. An independent store, a place for exchange and responsible consumption
