A member of the Confrérie des Chevaliers de Taste Fromage, Andrée knows a thing or two about cheese! She lovingly selects farmhouse cheeses made from raw milk from France and Navarre, which she will introduce to you in small slices that you can taste with your fingertips, but not with your lips. The Reynal cheese dairy has been a family affair since 1948. Today, in the fourth generation, it is the son who is taking over.
