L'Aramon Gourmand has been a gastronomic reference for 20 years! Philippe and his wife Nathalie welcome us for a meal to share their love of straightforward, gourmet, sunny cuisine. The best products from our rich terroir are sublimated. Here, Roque de Collioure anchovies, foie gras, Vedell veal, Cerdagne pork, fish products, grilled vegetables, Roussillon fruit, mató, banyuls, maury, byrrh, rancio... are brilliantly showcased in a whirlwind of flavors, from starter to dessert.
