As in the Bashung song, Thomas is a happy farmer, and he's proud of it. He has 240 beehives scattered throughout the department, allowing him to experience the influences of the sea and the mountains. His honeys range from lavender and garrigue to rhododendron and maquis. Cold centrifugal extraction retains all the virtues and best aromas. They are full of ideas and have a new project for the coming year: an educational farm with a Far West flavour... combining animal husbandry and market gardening.
