Gastronomic cuisine by Philippe Bessière, Master Conservator, in a restaurant with terrace in Port-Vendres.
This restaurant is located on the site of the old fish auction. Beautiful renaissance for a symbolic place of the city. Just out of the water, the wild fish are cooked at the Côté Vermeille. It is difficult to resist the roasted monkfish tail, rice with ink, lobster juice with Aspres saffron or scallops au gratin. As for the sweetness, the red berry Saint-Honoré is a magnificent sweet punctuation, lightly laid out. On the panoramic Terrace Grill upstairs, fish and meat are served grilled à la plancha.
