Small restaurant offering dishes with Mediterranean flavours.

Sole Mio is nestled in one of the most beautiful bays on the coast, which is no more than Paulilles. This small, typical and friendly family restaurant has become the most important of the Emblématique coast of the Ruby coast. It has to be said that the framework is purely paradise and that it is almost the feet in the water that you enjoy good dishes with Mediterranean flavours. Maryse and his son Aldo are very easily prepared for fresh fish specialities from planxa, squid, bream, wolves, with slate fish of the day. On the map that knows little changes from one year to the next, we find safe values with Catalan accents, fidèua, arroz negro, zarzuela. Beautiful salads are also available for lighter meals at the end of the bath. And for ease of use, you share and savour the tapas plates, anchoïade, home fresh boquerones, pistou de octopus, pan con tomato and Serrano ham also make a meal. The simplicity, simplicity and efficiency of the hotel are the same. The wines offered are perfect for the dishes. The note often sounds salty, but no mystery is paid as well. In the evening, if you book a small dinner in love, candlelight, facing the sea, you will be filled by this intimate restaurant.

Accueil désastreux. Passez votre chemin!!!
