Very nice hotel with terrace offering a careful land/sea cuisine with local products
Palm trees and swimming pool for this very nice hotel a few kilometers from Collioure and two steps from the Grande Bleue. Refined hotel, refined table. The new chef, Marc Faure, serves us a carefully prepared land/sea cuisine made largely with local products from which he knows how to extract all the quintessence. The lunch menu is really interesting. On the menus and à la carte, wild fish are in the spotlight. Be sure that you will be enchanted as we were. Tapas bar under the hundred-year-old cedars with a breathtaking view of the sea around the pool.

Un ravissement, excellent restaurant, des produits locaux, frais cuisinés avec talent. ||Sélection de vin intéressante, sommelière de bon conseil.||Un très beau cadre, chambre, et locaux commun très agréables.||

Si vous aimez calme et bon service c'est topisîme. Attention il n'y a plus de restaurant, mais bien le petit déjeuner sui est remarquable.

Très bel hôtel, très bien entretenu et très bien décoré dans un style contemporain. Avons été surclassé dans une chambre de luxe vue mer très confortable. Personnel accueillant et très sympathique Buffet du petit déjeuner très varié. Nous y reviendrons.

L'escalier et les chambres de l'hôtel ont eu une sorte de rafraîchissement il y a des années.
La chambre avait un bon matelas, mais elle n'était pas propre et la salle de bain avait besoin d'être complètement remplacée. Nous nous sommes sentis arnaqués, cela ne valait pas le prix.

The staff was friendly and the location of the hotel is not bad while there is a nice view over the port and sea. The pool outside looks very nice. There is free parking on the premises.
The hotel staircase and rooms had a kind of refreshment years ago.
The room had a good mattress, however it was not clean and the bathroom needs complete replacement. We felt we were ripped off, it wasn’t worth the money.
