LE CHANT DU POULPE
The chef sublimates products that are as Catalan as possible, cooking tapas and well-crafted dishes accompanied by very organic wines.
We love it when we hear the gentle melody of knives cutting, carving and chiseling in the kitchen, and when the gourmet aromas titillate our nostrils, the excitement is at its peak. Le Typico's "back from the market" cuisine changes almost daily. We start with a well-balanced white wine from Domaine Dornier, perfect to accompany our bass tartare and chorizo padróns in pica-pica mode. And what about the artichoke confit, Kalamata olive hummus and tomato sauce? An explosion of flavors!
