Léon Servant is a boy who doesn't leave anyone indifferent. A former tenant of the Casa Leon in Collioure, he took over his father's 8 ha of vines. The wines he produces are a reflection of this lover of nature and the great outdoors: full-bodied and fresh! Located in the most beautiful valley of the Côte Vermeille, the vines are worked with respect and by hand. With a steady hand and determination, Léon continues his father's work and ennobles the estate. We love the cuvées in the 3 colors, which are of course available at La Table des Copains!
