DOMAINE CLAIRE MAYOL
Nestled in the heart of the village, close to the port and under the hill, the architecture of the estate's cellar alone is worth the detour. In this atypical 18th-century building, Guillaume and Raphaël welcome you for a tasting among the works of local artists displayed on the wall of the vault. The vines are planted on a schist terroir that rises to an altitude of 400m. The wines produced have a strong personality, a real identity where power and finesse mingle. We fell in love with the Banyuls AOP Ambré and Hors d'Age.
