En Serge i la Micheline estimen la feina. Cuiden amorosament el què fan, escullen el millor producte i tracten el client amb la mateixa delicadesa amb què tracten els ingredients. Matèria prima de molta qualitat i plat molt ben presentat. Ara bé, cal anar-hi sense pressa. El plat és fa esperar però compensa. Cultivar la paciència per a la bona cuina és també un ingredient necessari. Merci Serge et Micheline per regalar bellesa i bon fer.
