ALQUIER GUITARS

Jean-Yves Alquier is a high-flying luthier. Based in Rivesaltes, he has been making prestigious instruments for many years. The craftsman has recently embarked on a major challenge: to leave aside rosewood, mahogany and other exotic woods in favour of bamboo, a more eco-responsible material. It now offers a complete range of guitars, acoustic, jazz, bass and electric, cut from this plant that grows at high speed and absorbs large quantities of CO2. These instruments, which are also distinguished by their ergonomic design, were a great success at the National Association of Music Merchants Show (NAMM Show), the largest trade show in the music industry held annually in California.
