At 750 m altitude, in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees Regional Nature Park, Fabien and Martine cultivate crocus sativus. A guided tour of about 1 hour will make you discover the saffron farm, you will come out knowing everything about the culture and the use of saffron. For sale, you will find: saffron stigmas, a whole range of original saffron syrups, Banyuls vinegar with saffron from Sahorre and crocus sativus bulbs.
