Another one that just opened! The enthusiasm for moss in Catalonia is growing. Jérôme and Yohan have been in business for barely a year and are already very successful. White, blond, brown, amber or IPA, their beers are made from pure regional organic malt. The two companions insist on the fact that their beers are alive and unfiltered. An organic hop crop based in Arles sur Tech will soon produce the first 100% Catalan moss. These two young people have a lot of ideas in mind, such as bringing out the first Catalan whisky in 2020. In the meantime, you can meet them at the brewery at the Saint-André business park, at the foot of the Albères and a stone's throw from the beaches.
