Niveau cuisine un menu copieux, de bonne qualité. Si on peut regretter le manque d'originalité, on ne peut qu'apprécier les plats de poisson du moment. Le Thon rouge était fondant à souhait avec un mélange de sauces en tout genre tandis que le Rouget, généreux, était exquis avec son accompagnement autour de la carotte déclinée en diverses textures.
