DOMAINE SAINTE-JACQUELINE
Three generations of women emerged as the head of this centenary area, and Céline Lafforgue, who took over the farm in 2000, was the youngest vigneronne récoltante récoltante in the department. Its 40 hectares of vines grow on the heights of Saint-Estève in a soil of quartz and micaschiste pebbles. In the vines, the dominance of black Grenache, Syrah, mourvèdre, Merlot and Muscat.
