The wine-making cellar and the reception area are located in St-Génis des Fontaines, but the vines are planted on one of the best terroirs in the department: the lands of the Banyuls and Collioure Cru. The land is very steep, with natural irrigation and more than 300 days of sunshine per year. After a very formative period in a cooperative cellar, Grégory has been producing wines with character, wild and quite full-bodied since 2016. The labels are the image of this passionate winemaker: atypical and feline. A new domain to discover and a winemaker so endearing.
