Corine offers you her numbered oils, like perfumes. The n° 1, extremely fruity for true connoisseurs, aromatic and powerful; the n° 2 with a herbaceous aroma, very fresh, and of great finesse and the n° 3, sweeter, ideal for cheeses and pastries, made with black olives only. Corinne also offers you her new "Passion Range", her lemons candied in coarse salt, her dried tomato caviar in olive oil, her black or green tapenades and her delicious olive jam, as well as soaps made with the estate's own oil.

Opening time and information on DOMAINE DE L'ARBRE BLANC
Open Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and from 4pm to 7pm; Saturday from 10am to 12pm. Reception, visit and tasting. Delivery possible (online sale on the website). L'Arbre Blanc is on the markets of the region in high season.
Owner's Message
Specialized in the transformation of olives into oils, the domain offers a complete range of olive oils of Terroir, table olives and any product derived from the olive.
The mill is open all year round by appointment at 06 11 32 15 32. The visit and the tasting are free.
This year, the store will be open during the summer at the Restaurant La Trencadis, 1 Rue de Montesquieu in Argelès village, from Wednesday to Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm
Another way to discover the products of the mill around a board accompanied by local wines to share a friendly moment at the time of the aperitif or the lunch.

A tool with unrivalled performance
State-of-the-art oil mill - Domaine de l'Arbre BlancSince 2005, the Domaine has been equipped with a state-of-the-art oil mill. This is a continuous chain mill from Alpha Laval, with a capacity of 700 kg per hour. The precision of this tool enables us to extract the very best from the olives and, above all, to respect the aromas of our different oils.
The mill has always been open to our service customers. Harvesting takes place from October to December.
