On the route of the Cathar castles, 2 km before arriving in the wine village of Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet, the Hotel Le Chatelet is ideally located for the Fenouillèdes, discovering the gorges of Galamus and the impressive eagle nests of the heretics. The charming new owners Xavier and Jennifer make all their energy to satisfy their customers. Moreover, the rooms have been pleasantly relookées in a spirit combining design and comfort. Well equipped with a view of the garden or the mountains in the distance, they are equipped with quality bedding, free internet access, flat screen TV, bathroom and WC. Some have a loggia with table and chairs. At the back of the hotel a large garden runs along the Agly and front, a nice swimming pool is welcome for a few refreshing swim. In the evening, the restaurant offers simple, generous and well-made local cuisine. Interesting address in a geographical area where they are sorely lacking.
