The real crunch of St. Paul's! The biscuit factory Le Pastadou has existed for 6 years, once in the village and now at the entrance to Saint Paul. The new shop overlooks the workshop where you can see the Pons family making revisited ancestral recipes: Croquants, Biscotins, Rousquilles and Coque Saint Paulaise. Everything is made by hand without additives or preservatives, faithful to the tradition born in 1870. You will also find excellent organic wines from Domaine Chaluleau-Pons and other winemakers as well as local products.
