On the 15 ha vineyard that stretches from Tautavel to St-Paul de Fenouillet, there is a wide variety of soils: schist, schistose marl and clay-limestone. In the 3 colours, Dimitri and Muriel create wines with a concentrated and greedy character. By exploiting old vines situated at altitude, their objective is simple: to improve the gustative quality every year and thus, in essence, to position themselves as one of the sure values in the region. The bet has been won because their wines are regularly praised by the specialist press.
