Establishment offering a creative Mediterranean cuisine.
This little gem is nestled in an old village house with a stone façade. Inside, white colour dominates here and there, abstract paintings with bright colours to enhance the whole. You should know that this white is Anthony Arnould's and his wife's tribute to their dear Quebec. You can see Anthony cooking from the dining-room, his motto is "don't fear any mixture, any audacity", and we would like that such challenges always be brilliantly taken up! From starter to the dessert, it is just a succession of renewed pleasures. The interesting selection of vegetables and his own recipe of creamy quinoa give a great freshness to the dishes, while the subtle and tasty harmonies reveal an original cuisine mixed with Quebec's souvenirs. So much so that despite our good education, we are surprised to wipe the plates, don't spoil it anyway! We enjoy a slightly caught bluefin tuna, pesto; an Iberian pork pluma, green pepper from Madagascar, fondant and flavoured; the choice of dessert was difficult... we chose a small pot of cream with Amarreti tea from Damman that is simply divine. The selection of local wines is judicious and highlights the producers of the region. An excellent value for money for delicious dishes with refined presentation and smiling service in all simplicity.
