Restaurant offering a homemade cuisine based on fresh raw ingredients.
A village house made of exposed stones, near the main square of Sorède, which offers a cuisine mostly inspired by Mediterranean and even more. It is an authentic cuisine that could be described as natural as the flavours are well preserved, it is mainly prepared with fresh local ingredients, especially the fruit and vegetables, cheese or the olive oil and honey. The menu is deliberately limited to fit the season and present dishes such as cold cucumber soup and vegetable escalivada (in summer), homemade foie gras, and for more remote horizons, there is the lamb pastilla or the caramelised pork. For the dessert, pinenut ice-cream, mel i mato... but as you can well imagine, there are new inspirations every season that can be accompanied by good local wines. In front of, Ma Maison, the terrace overlooking the street is pleasant on sunny days, especially in the evening. With a warm welcome, quality cuisine, the prices are not getting high and attentive service, all the reasons are there to like Ma Maison.
