Sans hésiter, un restaurant qui fait partie de mon top 3 de la région. Je peux même dire qu'il est classé en première place. Cuisine raffinée, élégante avec sensation de satiété...des produits du terroir mis en avant et travaillés de façon à les mettre en valeur. Le personnel chaleureux et à l'écoute. Et ce qui ne gâche rien un très beau cadre au pied du Canigou. Et les prix raisonnables !
