CAN FABRE
At the end of the Catalan world - because the border with Occitane is so close - the Can Fabre restaurant invites you to discover and enjoy the best culinary specialities of Catalonia. Jean-Philippe and his team are not kidding with quality and the notion of terroir. On many dishes, the origin is displayed: Mangalica ham, anchovies from Roque, Simmental entrecote... Cuisine from the sea or the land, simple, generous and local cuisine, but deliciously mastered. Monsieur knows his classics and knows how to treat us. Excellent service and a warm atmosphere are the other highlights of this restaurant. Can Fabre was born from a passion for cooking, welcoming friends and sharing good times. Jean-Philippe wanted to create the restaurant in which he would have dreamed of sharing a meal with friends or family... Mission accomplished!
