FESTIVAL D'ASTRONOMIE DE TAUTAVEL

This astronomy festival celebrated its 10 years of existence in 2017. Located in the Pyrenees-Orientales, not far from Perpignan, the commune of Tautavel can pride itself on having a very popular meeting of connoisseurs like neophytes. On the few days that this free festival is open to everyone, many animations are organized: observations of the Sun, stars, planets and Moon in the evening according to weather conditions and visibility of the stars, workshops, conferences (with professionals), planetarium sessions, exhibitions etc. The atmosphere is really convivial and relaxed.
