This charming establishment has two dining rooms. Alsatian specialities are cooked here, and vary according to the season, the market and the chef's wishes: on winter Wednesdays, it's kesselfleisch (cooked pig's head), and in summer, it's calf's head with vinaigrette. In the evenings, we serve our famous tarts flambées and pizzas. You can also enjoy dampfnudle (a type of puffed bread) with fruit compote: a real treat for connoisseurs! The menu also offers a wide variety of meat, fish and pasta dishes.
