A Catalan bodega atmosphere in the air and on the plate for this establishment in the heart of the city... mussels au gratin with garlic, squid a la planxa, snails a la catalana, parillade of fresh fish are sure values, as is black rice with squid ink. Meat lovers will be able to enjoy succulent grilled meats. Depending on the season, the chef also cooks nice dishes that adapt to the seasons. In the summer, the pretty terrace allows you to enjoy the Aspres sunshine. A sure value highly prized by Thuringians.

Ce mardi 20/08/19, arrivés à 13h50, accueil sympathique et chaleureux, entrée originale plat du jour excellent (poulet à la catalane), dessert délicieux et addition très correcte. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Le cadre du can marty est très agréable, au coeur de la petite ville de Thuir.
Les tarifs sont un peu élevés mais la cuisine est très bonne.

Mon restau préféré à Thuir. Lorsque j'y vais je prends l'assiette de tapas et miam me voilà retombé dans les saveurs de ma ville. La carte est de qualité et est cuisinée avec des produits locaux.
