A small gourmet restaurant near the main square of Thuir.

Immediate boarding for a trip around flavors of the World! After sailing around the world, Fabian and Patricia Gravelet decided to put their bags down and to get their pans out in this small restaurant of Rue du Souvenir. Fasten your seat belts! Each week, there are visas for three new gourmet destinations: Tahiti, Cuba and Turkey; Japan, Sweden and Madagascar; El Salvador, La Réunion and Hungary... and much more according to the overflowing inspiration of our pilot Fabian. In short, a travel of several thousands of kilometers to the hollow of beautiful gourmet dishes prepared almost before our eyes by Fabian whom you see busying himself in his kitchen. As long as you have travelled, you are surprised to find out how he perfectly master all these dishes of distant horizons: stunning, it is not fake. The service on board, sorry, in dining room, is ensured by the very smiling and friendly Patricia who is happy to explain us each of the dishes. Petit Futé, a great globe trotter before the Lord has seen its tastebuds flying away at Mach2 speed. A treat!

Un accueil souriant et convivial, une explication de tous les plats du menu, quelle attention ! La cuisine est à la hauteur de la gentillesse des hôtes, des saveurs incroyables, un équilibre parfait et des couleurs plein l’assiette. Bravo et merci. Je vous recommande de prendre le temps de déguster ces plats du monde.
