The former Bistrot Verquin has handed over the keys to a new team who maintain the rigor of fresh, high-quality produce. 2 rooms and 2 atmospheres: romantic and hushed or convivial. We love JB Carrel's cuisine, which revisits his classics and elevates them to new heights, with a slab of snacked red tuna (just right), variations on Galician beef or foie gras fermier à la fève de Tonka. When it comes to wine, let yourself be guided (as we were) and you'll be won over. And don't forget the bistro atmosphere on Saturday mornings (market day) or Thursday evenings dedicated to tapas. Bravo!
