Purists will be delighted, with percentages ranging from 67% to 75% cocoa, and he also offers 85% for connoisseurs. And that's not all, as he's also created a Byrrh chocolate, since his store is just across the road from the cellars. And let's not forget his beautiful pastries, revisited with the originality and audacity of an artist... who is so simple and loves to share his passion. We just love it!
