Thibault Gonzales, the famous breeder of black Gascon pigs, has just opened a new store in Thuir. Thibault doesn't have a big head, he's kept it simple, and we love his character. In his gourmet space, you'll find the know-how that made him famous when he was a fixture on the local markets: meats (pork, beef and lamb), charcuterie, ready-made meals... 100% organic. His reputation is such that top restaurants feature his products. All that's left to do is taste them, and in the words of the Futé, they're pure delight.
