After 28 years in the restaurant business, Monique and Alain passed on the Flambeau to Christophe, a native of the area who is keeping the reputation of this sandy-feet institution alive. Much more than just a restaurant, La Baraquette is the place to be for lunch, dinner or a gourmet aperitif.
