Well, perhaps some inventive, refined and generous cuisine, a warm welcome from a close-knit team happy to work at La Casa Pardal, and a sunset that you can admire from your table. The reputation of this restaurant - not to be confused with any kind of beach club - is well established. Marlène and her dream team had us spellbound. The food, the setting and the staff are flawless. A rare and magical place!
