Laurianne, a "100% pure-juice Catalan from the Aspres", uses a minimalist approach to concentrate quality: 2 hectares on clay-limestone soils, manual harvesting in crates, meticulous table sorting, micro-vinifications and small cuvées. With her oenologist, who is a woman, "we have the same sensibility", she confides. Laurianne is proud of her roots, and knows she can count on the support, knowledge and experience of her family...
