Japanese restaurant-bistro with a traditional atmosphere in Talence.
Behind its pretty facade, you can see a large "izakaya"-style space; a typically Japanese bistro with a soft gloom. Everything has been designed to focus your senses on the discovery of an ancestral culture marked by sobriety. To accompany you on this journey, traditional background music... Here, several formulas are proposed and prepared on demand, combining the tradition of Japanese products with visual harmony. The menus feature meat and fish skewers, maki, sushi and sashimi.

The price is about 20/25 euros per person, this is why I do not eat daily but it is best Japanese than I know. When I want to eat good makis, good sushi, good rice and good miso soup, I come in Yamato!
