Je ne conseille pas du tout
Un logement réservé pour mon client sur une période de 5 nuits consécutives.
Arrivée impérative avant 17h30 sauf que nous sommes en réunion de travail jusqu'à 18h00.
A l'issue, mon client se présente et ne trouve personne à l'accueil.
Je cherche à joindre le contact par téléphone sur le numéro mobile : sans succès !
Texto envoyé à tout hasard. Réponse : "Désolé du désagrément mais la chambre à fait l'objet d'un surbooking. Nous vous rembourserons." On croit rêver !!!!
