Cooking based on fresh products in a creperie in Villefranche-de-Conflent.
One comes here for good, beautiful and generous crepes and galettes made with organic flour and filled with fresh local products. The most difficult thing is to make a choice as the flavours are original and unusual like the Anec with duck confit, cider sauce and a scoop of apple sorbet. The menu also offers salads, omelettes, cheese and ice cream. The greediest will succumb to the pancakes filled with the homemade jams of Mr. Miot.

Molt bon servei i menjar, tot i que res de l’altre món. L’espai és petit (reserveu si hi voleu anar) i amb molt fum de la cuina. Hamburgueses a 18€ i pico.
