The former post office of Villefranche-de-Conflent has been transformed into a superb guest house. It is ideally located in the heart of the fortified village at the foot of Fort Liberia. You will enjoy the charm of a house with a soul, in which four spacious rooms with modern luxuries have been fitted out with jet shower, whirlpool bath and sauna. The decoration of the place is particularly successful. The new owner's hearty homemade breakfasts are a real treat. There are many walks in the vicinity.

De plus, les serviettes sont rêches et le thé/café/tisane dans les chambres pas bon. C’est des petits détails qui peuvent faire la différence.
Pour finir il n’y avait pas d’eau potable dans la ville, les habitants étaient rationnés, et nous n’avons pas été informé de ça avant notre arrivé. Toujours vu le prix, acheter 1 pack d’eau pour les clients n’aurait pas été de trop.
Bref mis à part le service, les chambres sont bien, le bâtiment est superbe et le village aussi… dommage!

Very nice and cosy place. Family run, with lots of heart. Breakfast are prepared by the owner is very rich.

The Hotel is situated in the most beautiful historic walled in village. So unique and delightful. Many things to see around the area and surrounded by the most incredible views. Incredicble walking routes too. We spent 3 memorable days in this hotel and was immediately sorry we didn't book longer. The hotel owner was very welcoming and attended to every detail. Charming place to visit.
