This building, built between the 9th and 12th centuries, is considered one of the purest jewels of Catalan Romanesque art. The frescoes that cover the apse are amazing and the Roman nymphaeum discovered in 1998 supports the evidence of a continuous spirituality of these places. Since 2005, a Romanian Orthodox monastic community has been living in the priory. Every Wednesday evening in summer, concerts of religious songs are given in the church with its exceptional acoustics. Unique !
