LES CONFITURES DE MARIE
Marie makes the best in the world simply because she discovered the sun-drenched and flavourful fruits of our Roussillon plain. It is here that Marie-Christine draws her inspiration: local fruits, organic or reasoned local producers, aromatic plants from the garden, sweet wines from the country feed the creations at the bottom of her copper pots. The consecration came in 2017 with the enthronement "Disciple d'Escoffier". For four years now, the rewards have been raining down on his "gastronomic" jams. An inimitable know-how!
