LE SAINT ESTÈPHE
The establishment, formerly a working restaurant, was resumed in spring 2014 by Vincent Perrieux. A member of the White Tocques of Limousin and companion of the Tour de France, he returned to his native country, the Corrèze, after a career in a restaurant star in Annecy and five years in Switzerland. Dishes that combine flavours and colours for a seasonal cuisine. The MIDI formula makes it possible to appreciate the chef's talents at an affordable price. In the evening, the duck fresh duck steak in aux mangoes and its spice caramel or the fillet of Saint Peter roast, citrus butter, creamy risotto and julienne vegetables set the tone.
