This beautiful castle dates from the 16th century but was rebuilt in the 18th century. Built in the plain of Astaillac, it offers, from its terrace, a magnificent view of the picturesque landscapes of the Dordogne. Visitors can discover the square tower, the furnished room of King Eudes, who was victorious over the Normans in 889, the postern with access to the river, the chapel and the flowery gardens where two centuries-old yew trees "throne".
