RIVER PROPERTY

The former Jumenterie Nationale de la Rivière covers nearly 90 hectares of pastureland in a setting steeped in history. The estate has a round tower with a thatched roof that houses the maternity ward, the ruins of a flamboyant Gothic castle in the late 14th and early 15th centuries, while the chapel still bears traces of polychrome. Joy Najem bought the site and carried out two years of work before reopening it in 2018. He developed a high level horse training activity for show jumping competitions.
