This is the address to eat a couscous in Brive. The amount of meat, semolina and vegetables served in this royal Maghreb dish is gargantuan and not at the expense of quality or flavour. Lamb tajines with prunes and almonds or sliced lemon chicken like all Moroccan specialities on the map are as delicious as others.
