An excellent chic bistro with refined dishes that offer good value for money. Nicolas Eche is a unanimous favorite, with a cuisine that reinvents local traditions and combines their flavors with passion and talent. We love the smoked shoulder in its cocotte on a bed of herbs opened in front of every guest. The desserts match the dishes. Everything is homemade, even the bread and ice creams. The children's menu features the same dishes, but in smaller portions. Cosy atmosphere, superb decor. Ultra-professional service. Excellent wine list. A top address.
