CHEZ FRANCIS
Family restaurant with a brasserie atmosphere and culinary proposals that vary with each season.
Right next to the Georges Brassens market, Chez Francis is a true Brivois institution, a story written in the family, with the chef and his son in the kitchen. The walls serve as a guest book for customers: authors, comedians and humorists from the famous Foire du Livre write and draw their moods from floor to ceiling. A bistro inspired by Parisian brasseries. The culinary offerings are delicious and change with the seasons: sautéed squid, andouillette, farm-raised veal from Corrèze... Poetry on the walls and flavors on the plate!
