This youth hostel, located in a former bourgeois mansion surrounded by century-old plane, is close to the city centre, the swimming pool and various sports facilities. This is a good solution for hosting less cheaply.

Simple et pas cher
Auberge de jeunesse simple et abordable. Plusieurs chambres sont rénovées et équipées simplement mais avec l'essentiel. Propre. L'équipe est très restreinte alors le service fait ce qu'il peut. Personnel très sympa et accueillant avec plein de bons conseils sur Brive et la région. La localisation est un peu excentré du centre historique mais facile d'accès

Good: The LOCATION the inn has 5-10 minutes depth of downtown Brive. The Green Surroundings, with tables and chairs in the heart of a herboré with a small kitchen dress (fridge, hotplates, saucepans...) who allow for lunch or dinner peacefully, on the grass.

Negative: HYGIENE D enormous cobwebs ceiling in my room, by window not nettoyee from one moment (cocoons). In 7 days consecutive, my room was not nettoyee once (at least the floor! And not, same step). But the worst, the abundance of mushrooms covering the ceiling showers men. Feeling reluctant.

ASSESSMENT; Same if the price defies any competition (€15 per night), hygiene is a large drawback has to improve.
