L'ibis budget de Brive est situé au sud-ouest de la ville, près de l'autoroute, donc il est bien accessible. On retrouve aussi une zone commerciale à côté, avec un carrefour. L'hôtel est couplé à un Ibis Style, qui possède un restaurant. Le personnel est sympathique et il y a de la place sur le parking.
