DISTILLERIE BELLET
A distillery that makes plant liqueurs, including green pastis, one of its flagship products.
Founded in 1922 by Henry Bellet, the house distills plants. Corrézienne, it makes a good place for chestnuts with its chestnut liqueur, but don't forget mountain plants: gentian from Auvergne, genepi from the Alps, blueberries from the high plateaux, morello cherries from the high valleys... The originality of the "rum terroir", flavoured with verbena, chestnut, gentian or génépi. Among its flagship products: "pastis vert", a blend of aniseed and verbena, gentian from the Monts d'Auvergne, guignolet. In addition, there are many fruit liqueurs and creams. With the guided tour, you can see the workshop in operation, discover the history of the company and its liqueurs and take part in a tasting. Then the shop awaits you.
